On purpose of increasing the cooperation, supplementation/amendment of current laws, creation of a better law infrastructure in the country, exchange of data in supporting students and businesses, changing current curriculum , creating new working spaces for students whom are in their studies, making a labor market research and analysis on knowing market needs and orienting the students on the relevant fields, the Chamber of doing Business in Kosovo has signed the cooperation memorandum with Faculty of Law.
Chamber of doing Business in Kosovo and Faculty of Law through this memorandum of cooperation and understanding, agree to create partnership with the purpose of giving expertise on work legislation, foreign investments, criminal liability of businesses, joint organization in advocacy to supplement/amendment the applicable legislation, preparing concrete proposals and participation in working groups as well as providing consultancy-professional legal advices for businesses (members of OAK) through the academic staff and associates of the Faculty of Law.
The Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of doing Business in Kosovo Skender Krasniqi on the occasion of signing the memorandum of cooperation emphasized the importance of working together to create a better law infrastructure in the country.
On the other hand, The Rector of Faculty of Law, Avni Puka emphasized that supplement/amendment of a law continuously through various administrative instructions has become a phenomena.
On the occasion of signing the memorandum of cooperation The Rector of Faculty of Law Prof.Dr.Avni Puka thanked the Chamber of doing Business in Kosovo for initiating the signing and the willingness for mutual cooperation.
